E-learning has come to stay. For this reason, Cicerones Rurales has launched the Cicerones Rurales Academy, a MOOC e-learning platform in which our association will create training content related to entrepreneurship, sustainable tourism, and rural revitalization.
The first course offered was the Creation of Sustainable Tourism Experiences for the Antequera Region. This training is part of the Social Entrepreneurship through Sustainable Tourism project that Cicerones Rurales has launched thanks to funding from the Malaga Provincial Council (Third Sector Aid).
This training carried out in streaming on September 30, had the participation of about twenty students and with the speakers Rocío García (Tourist Resources of the Antequera Region), Isabel Muñoz (The Woman as depositary and transmitter of local culture) and Toñi Gallego (Creation of sustainable tourism products).
Mooc is the acronym in English for Massive Online Open Courses (or massive and open online courses).
